The rubber vulcanizing machine is used to cure the glue. In fact, it is a heating device.
If it is the silica gel used in tires, it must be a fluorosilicone compound. The fluorosilicone compound cannot be cured at normal temperature, and it must be heated and cured.
Silicone rubber is cured at room temperature. This is a single and two component silicone rubber. Which one is used depends on the device you need to make. The oil resistance and abrasion resistance of fluorosilicone rubber are higher than those of silicone rubber. It depends on your product.
The plate vulcanizing machine is a plate press with a heating form. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high pressure and wide adaptability. Mainly used for vulcanization of rubber products, such as small and medium-sized mold products, tapes, rubber sheets, O-rings, etc.

According to different process requirements, the vulcanization tank is heated and vulcanized with steam, steam-air mixed gas or steam in the finned tube of the vulcanization tank.
Flat Vulcanizing Machine: Used to vulcanize rubber model products, tapes and sheets. It mainly consists of a hot plate, a closed force member and a pressurizing mechanism. Rubber products that need to be vulcanized are placed between hot plates and vulcanized with steam or electricity. Vulcanization pressure is generated by hydraulic or mechanical pressurization mechanisms.
Drum vulcanizer: used to vulcanize tape and rubber sheet. It uses steel belt (or steel wire belt) to press the product tightly on the rotating vulcanization drum and heat it to achieve continuous vulcanization. The production capacity of the drum vulcanizer depends on the vulcanization process (vulcanization drum diameter), the speed of the product, the surface temperature of the vulcanization drum, and the material characteristics of the product. The diameter and working length of the vulcanization drum can reach 1500 ~ 2000 mm, and the production capacity of the drum vulcanizer can reach 1.5 ~ 2 m / min. To enhance the vulcanization process, infrared heaters can sometimes be equipped.
Glue and latex products: A large number of film rubber products with complex shapes are produced using glue and latex. Latex products are produced differently from dry rubber products. Glue and latex product machinery includes raw material processing machinery, impregnated product machinery, extruded product machinery, and sponge production machinery. The most important of these is the machine for dipping products which dip the model in the glue tank (or latex tank). Its working principle is: put several models on the plate above, when the plate moves, the model is immersed in the latex tank located below, after the tank lasts for a period of time, the model is drawn out of the tank and sent to the next production process .
