Fastener products must meet the following five common standards in production to ensure the customer's utilization rate of the quality of screw and bolt products.  What are the standard conditions for Track Bolt products?  There are mainly the following five kinds.

First, the screw bolt product size standards: specify the basic dimensions of the product content;  Products with threads also include the basic dimensions of threads, thread ending, shoulder distance, relief groove and chamfer, end dimensions of externally threaded parts, etc.

Second, the rail bolt product technical conditions of the standard.  Specific standards include the following aspects:

1) Standards for tolerance of screw and bolt products: specify the tolerance of product dimensions and the content of form and position tolerance.

2) Standard for mechanical properties of screw and bolt products: specify the marking method of mechanical property grade of products and the contents of mechanical property items and requirements;  Some screw and bolt products change this content to the material performance or working performance of the product.

3) Standards for surface defects of screw and bolt products: specify the types and specific requirements of surface defects of products.

4) Standards for surface treatment of screw and bolt products: specify the types and specific requirements of surface treatment of products.

5) Standards for testing screw and bolt products: specify the test contents for the above various performance requirements.

III. Standards for Acceptance Inspection, Marking and Packaging of Screw and Bolt Products: Specify the quality level and sampling plan of spot check items when products leave the factory for acceptance, and the contents of product marking methods and packaging requirements.

2. ANSI B18.2.1Standards for other aspects of screws and bolts: such as standards for terms of screws and bolts, standards for weight of screw and bolt products, etc.
