The adoption of the color coated aluminum coil process can reduce the cost of thin plate coating products by 5% ~ 10% and save energy by 1/6 ~ 1/5. However, the spraying process has low efficiency, high labor intensity, large paint waste and uneven coating thickness. Therefore, the spraying production line is basically replaced by the color coated aluminum coil production line. The production line of color coated aluminum coil has the following advantages:
(1) The production line is designed with high-performance special coil coating and process route. It can automatically and continuously complete the processes of uncoiling, degreasing and cleaning, chemical treatment, roll coating, curing, cooling and coiling, which truly embodies the automation and high speed of color coating. (2) Using advanced infrared or hot air circulating continuous drying equipment, the temperature of each section in the drying furnace can be automatically adjusted, which has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. So as to ensure the process temperature when the steel strip passes, and achieve the purposes of good appearance quality and fast curing speed of the coating film.
(3) The whole line of equipment is equipped with explosion-proof safety protection facilities, and the advanced automatic program control makes the whole production process orderly, efficient, safe and reliable.
(4) After-coating treatment equipment such as lamination, embossing, printing, peelable film and wax spraying can be flexibly configured. These devices can not only meet the diversified requirements of color coating products, but also provide surface protection against bending, cutting and scratching for the molding process of color coated aluminum coil.
